We aim to dispatch all orders placed and paid for by 3 PM (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays) on the same day to help you receive your supplements as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚫 Collection Service
We are an online-only store, so collection from a physical location is not available. All orders are shipped directly to your delivery address.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is incorrect or faulty).
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and details.
💳 Refunds Policy
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
If items do not meet return criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund — at no extra cost to you.
