How to use
Mix 1 scoop of PUMP (approx. 16.5 g) with 300–400 ml cold water. Add 1 mini-scoop of GlycerSize™ (3 g) to the same shaker and shake hard for 10–15 seconds. Drink 20–30 minutes before training.
