RDX GYM ARM BLASTER T2
Target your biceps (and keep momentum out of the lift) with the RDX T2 Arm Blaster—a classic “bicep bomber” re-engineered for durability and comfort. The rigid plate locks your upper arms in position so each curl loads the biceps instead of your shoulders or lower back. A heavy-duty nylon belt and iron-built plate shrug off serious training; neoprene padding at the neck and elbows keeps sessions comfortable; and perforations along the strap improve airflow when the gym heats up.

How to use (quick start)

Adjust strap so the plate rests comfortably across your upper abdomen/low chest.

Place elbows in the curved pads; keep them pinned through the set.

Curl under control—no swinging—squeeze at peak, lower slowly.

Aim for 8–15 reps, add load gradually, keep tension on the target muscle.
Care
Wipe down after training; air-dry fully. Do not machine wash or soak. Inspect rivets/strap periodically.
